Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We send all of our items via Royal Mail, With the planned strikes, disruption to deliveries is expected. Items posted in the run up, during and after strike days are likely to be subject to delay. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this will cause but we have no control over this. We send all of our parcels with a level of tracking, these tracking numbers can be requested by emailing

Domestic Shipping Rates

For all UK orders postage is a flat £2.99, the service used to send it will depend upon the parcel size. All items will either be sent via Royal mail 1st Class Signed for, 24hr Tracked or 48hr Tracked, Please do note the postal service used is undergoing many strikes this season, this could cause delays.

Royal mail quote 1-5 working days for delivery using the services we use.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping at the flat cost of £15, all items are sent via a trackable service provided by royal mail and the service provider they use in each country. Depending upon each country transit times may vary, but if you haven’t received your item after 10 working days after dispatch note please contact us at

Please do note your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Harry and Ginny Designs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
